A Bruce memory:
I remember sitting in circle time at age 4 (?) with Bruce and Joanne. He was singing, playing his guitar and speaking of history (I can't remember who we were honoring or what important historical figure we were discussing). He was making all of us laugh.
Another memory is when I had the pleasure of working with Bruce as a young woman in the summertime. I was on the playground with the children and Bruce came outside and started playing a game with all the kids. He was in the boat, at the newer campus, and he began chasing all the kids. Each child had to make it back to the boat without getting tagged. Bruce was making silly voices and all the children were screaming, laughing and running. It was sunny and warm outside.
